To ask a question “A or B?”, use 还是 (háishi) to say “or”:

美式还是拿铁?
Měishì háishi nátiě?
Americano or latte?

你是美国人还是英国人?

Nǐ shì Měiguórén háishi Yīngguórén?
Are you American or British?
(lit. “You-are-the US-person-or-the UK-person?”)
